The vest features two rows of hook-and-loop fastening straps to ensure a tight and secure fit. The shoulder straps are wide and padded to provide optimal comfort.

The vest is made of durable Oxford-type fabric with a non-absorbent neoprene lining designed to resist sweat.

Weights are small, pre-filled sandbags that can be removed or moved around into the vest's weight pockets to adjust or redistribute the weight as needed.
