The PRISP Safety Bars with J-Hooks are compatible with 2.5 x 2.5 inch (6 x 6 cm) power cages. These safety bars are designed to prevent weight bars from falling to the ground if dropped while exercising, thus protecting your floor, barbell and yourself. The PRISP Safety Bars with J-Hooks are compatible with 2.5 x 2.5 in (6 x 6 cm) cage uprights* with 1-1/16 inch (2.6 cm) holes**. These safety bars are designed to prevent weight bars from falling to the ground if dropped while exercising, thus protecting your floor, barbell and yourself.
